Maggie Kleinpeter was born in South Louisiana in the 70's.

She had a lovely childhood playing outside in the mud and sunshine with her brothers.

Eventually she grew up, went to college and fell in love with painting then moved to New York City to go to graduate school at Hunter College.

After earning her MFA in 2000 she continued painting and founded Supermaggie, a clothing line that she still runs and designs for.

She currently lives in Austin, TX where she still loves to play in the mud and sunshine.
